1. HOW TO ENTER: "Share the Albino Brain Chiggers Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes") starts at 12:00 A.M. ET on 10/17/05 and ends at 11:59 P.M. ET on 11/27/05. To enter, go to: www.hyfntrak.com/3rdrock2/promotions and follow the entry instructions. NOTE: To receive extra entries, see Rule 2 below. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on 11/27/05.
2. "TELL A FRIEND" ENTRIES: By following the directions on www.hyfntrak.com/3rdrock2/promotions, you will have the opportunity to enter the email addresses or AOL Instant Messenger screen names of people you feel may be interested in this Sweepstakes. Anchor Bay Entertainment ("Sponsor") will send an email or AOL Instant Message on your behalf telling each person whose email address you provided about the Sweepstakes and invite him/her to visit the viral player website, www.hyfntrak.com/3rdrock2/fromafriend, and participate in the Sweepstakes. Please only provide the email addresses or AOL Instant Message Screen Names of persons who are age 18 or older, legal residents of the 50 United States, including D.C., with whom you have either a personal or professional relationship and who you feel would be interested in learning about the Sweepstakes and who are eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Should you have the email or AOL Instant Message forwarded to persons who do not meet all of the foregoing criteria, you may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. If any person whose email address or AOL Instant Messenger Screen Name was provided by you (and to whom the email or AOL Instant Message was forwarded) visits the viral player website, www.hyfntrak.com/3rdrock2/fromafriend, prior to 11:59 PM ET on 11/27/05, you will receive one additional entry in the Sweepstakes.
3. PRIZES (50): Fifty Winners will each receive a set of Season One and Season Two DVDs of 3rd ROCK FROM THE SUN® (Approximate Retail Value: $ 79.96 each set). Prizes are not redeemable for cash; nor are they transferable or substitutable except by Sponsor with one of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes are sole responsibility of Winner. If Prize is won by a minor, it will be awarded in name of Winner's parent or legal guardian. Limit: One Prize per person, household or mailing address.
4. RANDOM DRAWING & ODDS OF WINNING: Potential Winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about 12/7/05 from among the total number of all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Mercury Promotions & Fulfillment, an independent judging organization, whose decisions will be final in all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes. Potential Winners will be notified by e-mail and/or postal mail on or about 12/14/05. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of all eligible entries received regardless of method of entry.
5. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the 50 U.S. and D.C., 18 years of age and older as of date of entry of Sweepstakes, except residents of California. Officers, directors and employees (and members of their household or immediate family, i.e., parents, children, spouse, or siblings) of Sponsor; MARS Advertising, IDT Entertainment; Carsey-Warner; Hyfntrak; their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates; advertising and promotion agencies and/or their affiliates, assigns or representatives; distributors, sales representatives or any other individuals or entities associated with the development or administration of, or supply to, this Sweepstakes (hereinafter referred to as "Sponsor, et al.") are not eligible to enter or win.

INTERNET: Sponsor, et al. are not responsible for interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer transmissions or jumbled, scrambled or misdirected entries or transmissions, or for phone, electrical, network, computer hardware or software or program malfunctions, failures or difficulties or for other errors, omissions, interruptions, or deletions of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic or for any damage to any person's computer related to participating in the promotion. Sponsor, et al. are not responsible for illegible, unintelligible, late, lost or stolen entries or incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human errors which may occur in the processing of any entries in this promotion. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this promotion, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and may be subject to prosecution. Any entrant who attempts to play with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identities or uses any other device or artifice to play multiple times or to interfere with the proper play of this Sweepstakes, will be disqualified from participation in the Promotion. If in the judgment of Sponsor, this Sweepstakes is compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupts the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to discontinue, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes. In the event of any such discontinuation, suspension or termination, the winners of any remaining prizes not yet won will be determined from among all eligible entries received to date, in a random drawing to be conducted by the judges following the discontinuation, suspension or termination. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. The interpretation of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any and all disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in the State of Michigan exclusively, and subject to the laws of the State of Michigan. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the State of Michigan and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of Michigan

Acceptance of Prize constitutes Winner's consent to the use of his/her name, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes, worldwide, as determined by Sponsor without further compensation or consultation, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor, et al. are not responsible for any liability whether directly or indirectly, including, without limitation, liability in connection with any injuries, damages or losses of any kind, whether to person or property, including death, rising out of the acceptance, use and/or misuse of any Prize and/or participation in this Sweepstakes, and they will be held harmless against any claims of liability arising directly or indirectly from any Prizes awarded or participation in this Sweepstakes.
